-An system that realizes that success without fulfillment for everyone involved has no real value -Working with entrepreneurs and companies who work ethically and from their hearts and without greed is what is needed and has a far reaching value -People who realize we are all Souls having a human experience and and we do now leaves a legacy for future generations-People who work for sustainable success in life for the good of all life now and for future generations and our planet is what will will make truly make everyone happy and successful?
People who go through life with a positive mindset, live with integrity, without hate, with joy and appreciation are the "fuel" to achieve these results and understand this especially in times when insecurities and fears are being broadcast everywhere you go. These people are YOU and are the most powerful in making the changes we are striving to see.
Every individual has the power to make this happen NOW. I ask you to begin today by being grateful for the just one thing even if it is just that you can read this and can understand the meaning of these words.

A Touching Poem......
 
I went to a party Mom, 
I remembered what you said. 
You told me not to drink, Mom, 
So I drank soda instead. 
I really felt proud inside, Mom, 
The way you said I would. 
I didn't drink and drive, Mom, 
Even though the others said I should. 
I know I did the right thing, Mom, 
I know you are always right. 
Now the party is finally ending, Mom, 
As everyone is driving out of sight. 
As I got into my car, Mom, 
I knew I'd get home in one piece. 
Because of the way you raised me, 
So responsible and sweet. 
I started to drive away, Mom, 
But as I pulled out into the road, 
The other car didn't see me, Mom, 
And hit me like a load. 
As I lay there on the pavement, Mom, 
I hear the policeman say, 
"The other guy is drunk," Mom, 
And now I'm the one who will pay. 
I'm lying here dying, Mom.... 
I wish you'd get here soon. 
How could this happen to me, Mom? 
My life just burst like a balloon. 
There is blood all around me, Mom, 
And most of it is mine. 
I hear the medic say, Mom, 
I'll die in a short time. 
I just wanted to tell you, Mom, 
I swear I didn't drink. 
It was the others, Mom. 
The others didn't think. 
He was probably at the same party as I. 
The only difference is, he drank 
And I will die. 
Why do people drink, Mom? 
It can ruin your whole life.

The guy who hit me is walking, Mom, 
And I don't think it's fair. 
I'm lying here dying 
And all he can do is stare. 
Tell my brother not to cry, Mom. 
Tell Daddy to be brave.

Put "GOOD BOY " on my grave. 
Someone should have told him, Mom, 
Not to drink and drive. 
If only they had told him, Mom, 
I would still be alive. 
My breath is getting shorter, Mom. 
I'm becoming very scared. 
Please don't cry for me, Mom. 
When I needed you, you were always there.
I have one last question, Mom. 
Before I say good bye. 
I didn't drink and drive, 
So why am I the one to die?

How to make tea for a large crowd during “Holi”.

How to make tea for a large crowd during “Holi”.

Ingredients needed are as follows.

·        One Washing Machine(Semi Automatic)

·        One Immersion rod (which is used to heat water)

·        Tea, sugar, water and milk as usual.

·        A  Large crowd celebrating Holi.

Procedure:-

Now plug in the two electrical appliances and do not switch it on. Pour water into the tube of the washing machine up to the medium mark “M”.

Then immerse the “Immersion Rod” and switch on both the devices on and start the clock timer of the “Washing Machine” and set it for 15 minutes.

The water will start to boil and steam will rise, mix sugar and tea according to the number of people required and allow it to boil.

After the mixture had boiled mix “Milk”, and boil it again.

All the stirring is done by the “Washing Machine”.

Then switch “off” both the devices and use the “Drain Switch” to drain the Tea Out.

You can use a fine net to cover the exit pipe to get ‘Hot Tea out of the washing Machine. Enjoy the new innovative tea maker without extra cost.

This application is handy when your gas is not able to provide a large requirement of “Tea” during a function but please don’t tell the people whom you serve, in what you made it. Happy Holi.

Its ok , But if you at Microsoft India don't promote your own country men(boys and girls) who are innovative and lack technical support due to poor hardwares and software availability around and lack of Internet Connection and as they are forced to use the pirated stufs , then how could they progress in life as they need recognition and upliftment from somebody who is capable, thats why Indians at Microsoft are not "Acknowledged" even though they work hard in their company and to promote their products in India , thats why Windows Vista was a failure and Microsoft lost its stakes. Which company makes profit, a company making calculators and selling them to a city where people use calculators or to a city where people use pen and pencil for calculation. Were this company will make profit were it already has a market or where there is no market at all , Microsofts target market is India and China were the user is not aware of its products they only use the pirated virsion which is easily availaible at a very low cost and which generates no profit to the Company, So what will be your next plans lower the cost or spread the awareness of the products by introducing your products to people who could spread it, Jhansi is a backward city in India and is only famous for Rani Laxmi Bai and her fight for Independence ,it could be a center of IT revolution as it is at the center of this country. Microsoft can make profits by Introducing its products to the people of this region. Please forward this mail to your seniors and this could make you reach grat heights.
