The Humanist Party of India (HP)

PROGRAMME FOR A HUMANIST GOVERNMENT

Education, Peace & Progress for all

The Humanist Party of India (HP) is thankful to all Organizations and Individuals who participated in the preparation of the Humanist manifesto. We have formally adopted the People's Manifesto 2009 by the civil society organizations.

These proposals that the HP advances are a direction that the Humanist Government will develop and implement. The HP is well aware that such proposals always reflect the vision of its makers and the situation of society at the time of making the proposals.

Thus, the HP rejects fixed and closed blueprints which asphyxiate further developments according to the advancement of society and individuals.

Therefore, more than a formula, the HP programs will be pointers in the direction of humanization. In no case, programs will suffocate further corrections, debates, feedback or initiative, and the proposals will always take into account popular consensus and acceptance, rather than compulsion.

We invite our members and collaborators/supporters, to contribute to its enhancement. Humanist Party treats all humans beings as a central value. Hence, a suitable policy and environment will be built immediately to ensure that all citizens can live without fear and discriminations and with equal rights. We will guarantee life with dignity, freedom from fear of violence, and peaceful coexistence. We will ensure Equal rights to all sections of society, ending all kinds of discrimination existing today. This will be implemented immediately with top-priority.

THE YOUTH

The HP denounces the generational violence exercises on youth, which is held back by the monopoly of older generations in the organizational field and in the social decisions.

Thus, the HP asserts the youth's right and capacity for an active participation in the modification of the social and personal conditions imposed on youth, without being subjected to suspicion, marginalisation or persecution. Hence, the HP proposes:

  • Abrogation of every legislation that limits the participation of youth.

THE STATE

The Humanist conception of the state is one of decentralization, contrary to the ideologies that place it above the human being (its only meaning for existing).

Humanism warns of the danger of sustaining immobilistic models of the state - such as the liberal or the totalitarian - which correspond to capitalistic imperialism and social imperialism, respectively. Therefore, and corresponding to a dynamic conception of History, the HP deems it necessary to redefine the model of state, with the direct consultation and participation of all the people. For a transitional model of state, the HP proposes:

CULTURE

The Humanist Party understands education as an instrument at the service of people's formation and information, and culture as an instrument to create environments for expression and freedom. Therefore, the HP will propose a new cultural model which, though complementary, will be clearly separated from the educational model.

The Indian cultural renaissance and leap forward will start with the promotion of a great debate around the subject of which way of life and society people aspire for, since the building of such a society will be the instrument to be used for producing culture.

And within this context, there should be discussions around the outdated, violent, nihilistic cultures and the possibility of a leap forward that, acknowledging the positive contributions of the past, imagines not a return to the vedic ages, but an even more humane India of the future.

A new and complete image of the world is what is required, and not only some token modifications of TV programs or the film industry. Thus, regarding this subject, the HP disqualifies the proposals advanced by all the other parties, if any, as well as the cultural implications of their other policies, stands, and philosophies.

  • Development of culture, parallel to the education of children.
  • It will include the development of their motor abilities as well as their aesthetic sense through, for instance, arts, music and poetry.
  • Promotion of cultural development of children and youth through diverse educational institutions and cooperatives.
  • Government support for self-managerial cultural projects.
  • Neither the country nor the states will be enclosed by a cultural chauvinism. An internal interchange among states as well as an international interchange will be promoted for a cultural debate.
  • No cultural models will be imported.
  • The mass media will be at the service of the cultural debate.

  • Free & Compulsory Secular Education of equitable quality to all from nursery stage to Class XII, as Fundamental right of all Citizens. Events on Earth a message from Galactic Federation of Lightworkers.

Events on Earth
Events on Earth are certainly speeding up, and regardless of how great
the confrontation between the dark and Light; never lose sight of the
fact that the Light has already become the victor in this battle. Of
this we are absolutely positive and you can expect to find proof of
it, and you are on the verge of receiving such evidence. Steps that
will bring the dark Ones under control are reaching a conclusion, and
will considerably curtail their influence. They know time is running
out for them, and they are lashing out in all directions. As you might
say, we have our finger on the pulse and they cannot hide their
intentions from us. We cannot necessarily stop all of their actions,
but in certain circumstances can prevent them from achieving their
purpose.
Meantime our plans are at the ready, and can be easily rearranged to
meet whatever is needed in the current situation. We push ahead with
our agenda, and we have been set a deadline by which we must act. In
view of the likely response of the dark Ones, we are reluctant to give
firm predictions. However, when we talk of events moving ever nearer
to openly commencing, we mean a relatively short period. 2010 is to be
a year that will be remembered for the beginning of the transition
from the dark controls, to the energies of Light carried by our
allies. Altogether the Light is increasing exponentially, and it is
the power behind the cleansing actions that have now begun.
We are excited at the prospect of at last coming out openly, and
monitor all matters that are holding it up. We are not however too
concerned as we clearly see a favorable outcome. Once certain
conditions are met that will take away the last cabals power, we will
quickly take up our positions and you will see much more of us in your
skies. Your levels of consciousness indicate that the awakening of
Humanity is forging ahead, and this very much hastens the changes that
are necessary to clear the way for us all. It is well past the time
that you should have already been aware of your heritage, and that
knowledge will be conveyed to you at the earliest possible moment. So
much of your understanding that has dictated the way you live and
re-act with each other, is found to be wanting and all of that will
have to change in readiness for Ascension.

Your beliefs are strong and sometimes prejudiced by national and
religious interests. We will bring you the truth of all matters, and
particularly your recent history that has been written by those who
would hide the real truth. Be open to new versions about Man's
evolution, and we will trace it back many thousands of years into your
ancient past. You will find that Galactic Federation members are no
strangers to your early evolution, and in fact have had more than a
hand in it. There is more of a connection between us than you might
imagine, and we have had a part to play in your genetic engineering
resulting in what you are today. When you get to see the various types
of Beings in our Federation, you will marvel at how many have a close
resemblance to how you look now.
Dear Ones, you are being carefully prepared to join us in the future,
and we shall stand together as One. By then you will be Beings with a
level of super consciousness, and quite different to what you are now.
In some ways it will not be so strange, as you are returning to levels
that were once quite familiar to you. You are going to be great Beings
once again, with tremendous powers of creation and many will serve in
our fleets for the needs of others. You will be one of us, and a
fully-fledged Space Being with all of the attributes you see in us.
We see the majority of you ready to respond positively to our
presence, and many more will accept us because of the various problems
that are besetting you and your Earth. You would clearly benefit from
our help right now, but for the time being you will have to wrestle
with them yourselves. However, as always we strive to keep a balance
for you, so that matters do not get out of hand. Every country is in
the grip of the changes that are re-modeling the old system, and a new
way is essential if they are to completely overcome the old one. New
ideas for technological innovations that have previously been held
back, are gradually finding their way into the public domain. These
are very much needed at this time to offset the damage to many
industries, and not least of all to alleviate the difficulties being
experienced by the people.
You will not be sunk without trace, but will rise up and match the
needs of the hour. Humans have proven to be very resilient and able to
improvise where necessary. By seeing yourselves through the immediate
period, you will be able to ride out the problems until complete
changes take place with our assistance. The ideas for many useful
inventions have been given to you by us, and will help fill the gap
left through years and years of little real progress. Those that have
been developed have not necessarily benefited you in general, but
covertly used for military superiority. They were given so as to
benefit all of you, and with our help they will eventually do so. Man
will learn many deep spiritual lessons from these experiences, and
draw closer to his fellow man.
As you are prone to say, keep your cool, and do not let events weaken
your resolve to maintain your focus on the end times. It looms large,
and will fulfil everything you have ever dreamed of that will lift you
onto a higher level of existence. Your dreamland is a reality that you
have been creating, and comes ever nearer to manifestation, and you
are lifting up towards it. As your vibrations speed up so the growing
pains have to be withstood, as they will cause you ups and downs in
the way you feel. However, once you have integrated the new energies
you will begin to feel on top of the world. Keep this feeling going
once you experience it, and you will go through the last days without
any problems. You will recognize such a time, as you will feel happy
and joyful and able to ward off the negativity that surrounds you.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and can tell you that the Galactic Federation
is looking forward to meeting you in the very near future. They will
bring you the means to achieve permanent peace upon Earth. They will
also approach you all with great love, and see the glowing Light of
your soul self.

Thank you SaLuSa.

Mike Quinsey.

Fwd: FW: We got next

Dear Tuhin Kumar,

After a long struggle, Congress finally passed groundbreaking health care reform -- and on Tuesday, President Obama signed it into law.

We need to act now to harness this momentum and renew our push for one of the President's other key priorities: comprehensive clean energy and climate legislation.

Our We Got Next campaign calls on the Senate to follow this historic win by making comprehensive clean energy and climate legislation the top priority. Already, tens of thousands of supporters like you have signed the petition from Wednesday's email below.

As National Field Director, I can tell you the energy of our movement is palpable. Now we need you to join us by adding your name and telling your Senators: We Got Next.

http://cpaf.repoweramerica.org/EnergyNext

Thanks for taking action,

Tracey Lewis
National Field Director

The Climate Protection Action Fund's Repower America campaign

From: Dave Boundy, Repower America

Dear Friend,

Yesterday, President Obama made history by signing comprehensive health care reform into law. This is a game changer -- and it's our big chance to seize the momentum that Congress is feeling.

That's why we have to act right now to pass a strong clean energy and climate bill in the Senate. Our movement needs to stand up and say: "We Got Next."

.

I'm a basketball fan -- but this year, the drama of "March Madness" is a lot bigger than college basketball. This week's health care victory shows that, on or off the court, the underdog can triumph.

To win on clean energy legislation, our movement will need to topple the goliaths of big oil and their starting lineup of high-paid lobbyists. We can't match their resources, but we can beat them with passion and commitment. Clean energy has been on the sidelines long enough -- it's time to tell Congress that the next game in town is ours.

So join the urgent call for a strong clean energy and climate bill. Sign on to tell your Senators that "We Got Next" -- and then forward this email to all your friends. We'll deliver your signature and comments straight to their offices later this week:

http://cpaf.repoweramerica.org/EnergyNext

We need to seize this momentum and get our Senators into the game for clean energy -- and Repower America has prepared a strong playbook for the upcoming push. We need supporters like you all across the country to write letters, make calls, visit Senate offices and build pressure for the strongest possible clean energy and climate legislation. And it starts right now, with a clear and urgent demand:

We Got Next.

This is a big moment, and I'm glad you are on our team,

Dave Boundy
Campaign Manager
The Climate Protection Action Fund's Repower America campaign

P.S. -- Senator John Kerry, one of the key Senators leading the push for a strong climate and clean energy bill, said this week, "In the wake of health care's passage, we have a strong case to make that this can be the next breakthrough legislative fight... It's now or never."* But he and his allies can't get the votes in the Senate unless we can show widespread grassroots support -- so sign our urgent petition now: We Got Next.
